Did You Know Our Teachers Are Learning Too?

Great schools are built by educators who continue learning and growing together.

Every teacher on campus participates in a Professional Learning Community (PLC), a collaborative group that meets regularly to strengthen instruction and support student success.

Teachers from PreK through 10th grade meet weekly outside of instructional hours to focus on essential standards, curriculum alignment, assessments, and student learning. These working sessions allow educators to share best practices, analyze student data, and develop strategies for both intervention and enrichment.

To help guide this work, our campus has a Guiding Coalition, a representative group of teacher leaders and administrators who collaborate on school-wide priorities and help ensure strong alignment across grade levels.

At the heart of this model is one important question:
How can we best support every student to learn and grow?

Through this collaborative approach, our teachers are able to identify essential skills students must master, provide targeted support when needed, and challenge students who are ready to go deeper.
