Our Leaders Grow Through the Leadership Institute

 

Strong leadership is not static. It grows over time through learning, reflection, and experience.

That belief is at the heart of the Divine Savior Ministries Leadership Institute.

About the Leadership Institute

This program was created to intentionally invest in leaders across all Divine Savior campuses, equipping them to grow as Christ-centered leaders who serve with integrity, strengthen school culture, and support their communities well.

Rather than focusing only on theory, the experience centers on real-life leadership. Participants learn alongside other Christian leaders from a variety of backgrounds, reflect on their work, and apply what they are learning directly within their schools.
 

Leaders in Action

Several members of the Delray Beach Campus leadership team are part of this program. Mrs. Rosenbaum completed the inaugural cohort earlier this year. Ms. Day is participating in the current cohort, and Mr. Raymond will begin this summer.

Mrs. Rosenbaum shared, “Participating in DSM’s Leadership Institute was a wonderful opportunity to learn from and talk with effective and experienced Christian leaders. It’s helped me be more intentional about supporting the growth and culture of our program, clarifying expectations, and providing feedback.”
