Liam is an 8th grader in his sixth year at Divine Savior Academy. He says the relationships he has built with teachers and classmates are what make DSA feel like home. Over the years, teachers like Mr. Tomlin and Mr. Rothe have challenged him in class while also supporting his growth. They take time to answer questions, offer encouragement, and help students keep improving. Because of this, Liam feels motivated to work hard and take pride in his learning.

Sports have also played an important role in Liam’s experience at DSA. He competes in basketball, soccer, track, and cross country. Through these teams, he has built strong friendships with his teammates. Practices and competitions have taught him the value of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Whether celebrating a win or pushing through a tough game, these moments have helped him grow.

Liam also enjoys serving and leading within the school community. He is a member of the National Junior Honor Society and a leader in Faith Families. In these roles, he encourages younger students and helps them feel welcome at school. He enjoys building connections and being someone others can look up to.

Faith is another meaningful part of Liam’s time at DSA. Chapel services give him time to worship and reflect alongside his classmates, and regular bible lessons keep him rooted in Christ. Through these experiences, he has learned how important it is to live out his faith each day by showing kindness and encouragement to others.

As Liam looks back on his years at DSA, he feels thankful for the teachers who have guided him and the friends who have supported him. These experiences have helped him grow in confidence, leadership, and faith. The relationships he has built are ones he believes will stay with him long after he leaves DSA.
